Emmy 528 Report post Posted March 13, 2013 These are the 3 chicks from my OB cock and ?OB ?BB/ hen (the hen died and the cock raised the chicks) I'm thinking I have two cocks BB/OB and one hen BB/OB Not sure if I'm correct be grateful for your opinions Emmy
norfolk flyer 208 Report post Posted March 13, 2013 Emmy, Top pic, bit difficult to see face but top two I would say you are poss right. Both look to have elongated spots on the flanks not round ones. The hen deff BB, if she's got OB look at her flanks, has she got faded spots there ? these are called ghost markings this indicates OB. Also the two males what sort of tail markings have they ? Trevor
Emmy 528 Report post Posted March 13, 2013 Thanks Trevor I'll try to get a photo of their tails. Re the hen - could she be a BB without any links to OB even if the 'dad' was OB? Emmy
