We had to decide this because of the fact that allot of spam has bin posted lately.
So every new member won't get the activation e-mail, this one goes to the site admins.
The site admins will activate the new account within 24 hours, and in practice mostly much sooner, unless the e-mail address tells us not to do.
Then we remove the ''new member'' ad once, so hopefully we get rid of most of the spam.
