It would be helpful, I think, if we had a gallery to post our pics of our birds - especially the more unusual colours.

I often read descriptions in the various posts - but then have to look up the colours on other websites to find out what everyone is talking about. Also, as a newbie (relatively) I find the abbreviations a tad confusing.

I agree that it's a really good idea. I was hoping that one of the moderators would respond to let us know if it would be possible as I don't know if it will be.

It would certainly bring more traffic to the board and save a lot of us from filling up our hard drives with pictures!

Hi Diane
here you are the most used abbreviations you can find on the Forum:

NG = normal grey
G = Grey (the same as above)
F = Fawn
BB = Blackbreast
BC = Blackcheek
BF = Blackface
CCFW = Continental Chestnut Flanked White
IS-ISA = Isabel
LB = Lightback
OB = Orangebreast
RCFW = Regular Chestnut Flanked White
WB = Whitebreast (new name for our dear old penguin)

hope this could help, at least a little bit ...
