  2. Hi guys,

     

    has anyone else found that when the more mutations in a parent bird, there is less chicks?

    I have found that my pairs of OBBB x BFOBBB (3 Pairs of) Are only producing 1 or 2 a round, However others are still producing more chicks.

    I've also a pair of BF/BCBB x CFW BCBB Which are only producing 2 chicks a round aswell.

     

    Any Thought's or experience's?

  3. Here's some things i started using this year....

     

    Davinova Liquid calcium

    CeDe Protein Mix, Which you mix with eggfood.

    Then Eggfood.

    Also use Pico shell sand with aniseed, As a floor covering. They get minerals from that.

    Started using these around feb - March time.

  4. A Grey Penguin cock will probaly be best if you want to keep the penguin mutation in it. You might get the odd fawn penguin aswell, I did with myn i had from a guy called ian a year ago.
