Nice birds mark, Some keepers there.

Hi guys,
has anyone else found that when the more mutations in a parent bird, there is less chicks?
I have found that my pairs of OBBB x BFOBBB (3 Pairs of) Are only producing 1 or 2 a round, However others are still producing more chicks.
I've also a pair of BF/BCBB x CFW BCBB Which are only producing 2 chicks a round aswell.
Any Thought's or experience's?

Myself and trevor(Norfolk flyer) was just talking about this bird, bred from an obbb Isabel male x obbbbf hen.
When he mentioned this post,
I'm hoping it shall be a obbbbf Isabel. But not 100%, but if it was and it was a male, it may look similar.

Hi guys,
Getting somewhere with some of the crested know, produced this young hen, quite like her.
What do you think? Already made some plans for this bird, I'm thinking maybe a nice lightback male or cfw male? I'll be fitting it into next years breeding that's for sure
Cheers

Here's some things i started using this year....
Davinova Liquid calcium
CeDe Protein Mix, Which you mix with eggfood.
Then Eggfood.
Also use Pico shell sand with aniseed, As a floor covering. They get minerals from that.
Started using these around feb - March time.

wouldnt stay still so couldn't get decent pics.

A Grey Penguin cock will probaly be best if you want to keep the penguin mutation in it. You might get the odd fawn penguin aswell, I did with myn i had from a guy called ian a year ago.

For me, it has to be the combination of bfbb ob in lightback or the good old obbb Isabel.
Not far behind is the bfbbbc in grey!
Stunning birds and have been lucky enough to breed some myself,
