Herb

I have been on the look out all day and she has not been back. I will keep looking and have made sure the feeders are full. I know nothing about these birds, so I don't know their range, but I have asked around the village and there do not seem to be any keepers in the village. She has obviously escaped from somewhere. We get a lot of sparrow hawks here and she makes an obvious target. Odds are not in her favour. I have the children's nets at the ready. And will try to bait the back door of the garage per Steve's suggestion if she does come back.

Hi. On Wednesday we had a white Zebra finch visiting our garden and picking up seed from the floor below the feeders. It was pretty murky yesterday and we had very few birds. If he (she) has been lucky enough to survive (unlikely?) any tips for catching him. I don't want to risk damage, but I can't see him Lasting long.
