My first thought was looking at the beak it is a White. My white chicks have that colour beak too.

 

Are the parents carrying Pied do you know?

I'd say CFW hen but the tear mark is missing.

Both parents could be split to the white mutation. So it could be white.

It could also be an over expression of the pied mutation like Andy said.
