A Timor finch is much smaller than the Australian zebra finch and the males dont have breast marking.

andy its 1/4 or 1/2 inch and if the chick gets out theirs no way it could get into the open as its in a shed. thanks scott

Went into the pet shop today to buy a zebra finch specifically a female. went in looked in the 3 cage and in the last one i looked in wasnt there a cream female so I brought it home with me. First time ive ever seen a cream zebra finch.
