Hi I Had a Pair of flighted Fawns in a show cage today and thought i would share them, now there not a show pair as the cock is to dark a colour for the hen and her show partner is a better bird but they looked ok together i thought. In a Blackface hen the white in between the beak and tear mark is not white but the same colour as the body colour, and the under side of the body is less white than a none BF bird, in a cock the bird will be a lot blacker than a normal birds. Below you can see a couple of young Bf's i bred a few year back now you can see what i mean about the colour hope you dont mind me posting it on your thread. Paul.

Hi A Phaeo is a Isabel bb usually fawn but you can also get a orange breasted phaeo which has Isabel BB and OB, and also a orange fronted phaeo which is a BFBBOB isabel and is the most orange of Phaeo's.

Hi Kareem The Fawn Florida fancy single factor and Normal single Factor i believe are different in colour as one is fawn based and the other is Grey based. I don't see any Ob in the cock in the photo personally. Paul.

Hi I think your cock bird is a BB Fawn/Florida fancy as he is very dirty in Colour , if he was a full Florida fancy i would expect him to be cleaner in Body colour. A Florida fancy is a different mutation to a Isabel which is Recessive where as a Florida fancy is in fact Co Dominant , this means that although the Florida fancy mutation is inherited just like the Isabel mutation, the Split birds have a effect on the colour of the bird with it being washed out as apposed to the full Florida fancy which is whiter in colour. Double factor only applies to The Dominant mutation group such as Black face,Dominant Dilute "Silver & Cream" and Cheeked. Paul.
