  4. Hello eman, you could try tying 4-5 bits off string at 10cm doubled over as these may relieve some boredom, if that don't work someone else will be able to gibe U some more things to try, I've seen a hen bird pluck her own feathers so her body heat is closer to the eggs, the only time ive had plucking is when its near breeding season and two males are fighting for dominance, and I just seperate them. Dan
  5. How many feeders do U have nick. Dan
  6. Go U condition them the same as the zebs, and I take it you remove there eggs and replace with dummy ones, I understand what you are saying about running a certain bird as it has better quilaties that you want and others from other bird, what do you do if the be goes don't take too feeding or do they feed anything and everything. Dan

  8. Nick can U use them to foster, with out them ever raising or doing anything them selfs, like say last years birds and you put them straight down with fostered, eggs will they sit and raise them or is it a trail and error like any other first time parents. Dan
  9. How do U get bengies/feeders used too fostering, as I've only herd off it and never tried. Dan
  10. Thanks for the info, nick nice too see your so open and talk freely about it, do you only use bengies as foster parents then, do you let them raise there own young too use as new foster birds. You say they only do a few rounds on there own but how many clutches do you get from them before you decide too let them raise there own chicks. Dan
