Hi Chris, Kept her quite, or I missed her in amongst the other pics. Will message you I have something you might be interested in for her. Clare -
Yeah I know, have sort of shied away from the show environment. Have a better set up these days with more improvements planned, so will be really good to see what it's all about. Not had any guidance really, but have some nice zebs now, but have had to travel for them with results for the first time this year. Other than the colour mutations that I like to play around with, but not show type lines yet, to small at the moment, but working on it, with fawns. If I ever get to show it will be with fawns in some mutation (or maybe Silvers/Creams), they are my favorite and have always done well for me. Be warned there could be a lot of questions at the show
-
Thanks Andy, That's Great, what stupid time of the day will I need to be to you for Will be a good experience for me never been to a show before, except Newark to meet Trevor (Norfolk Flyer) Be nice to see the whole process, of a show. Excited already
-
Well at last I finally managed to get on of my ex fawns to bred without a disaster. Very happy, after two failed rounds, third time lucky with a different hen.
-
Would love one, but you still can't have the BF Silver with the white cheeks I have some nice big Fawn BC hens to play with, they have full cheeks to. I noticed that you are going to the Kent show, would you consider taking me with you if I drove up to you??? Would like to go but not on my own, bit of a woss

Another Silver Goal achieved this year still colouring up, but clearly a BC Silver male, always produced hens before. (possibly split for BB as well) Parents unknown for this one, which is a proper annoyance, as he is aviary bred. Mum will have been a Cream/BC Hen, dad one of the may splits or full BC I have.
-
Guess you will, I had to, if I get lucky and breed some more, (planning one pairing later in the year) I''l let yo know. Also bred a BC Silver Male, total opposite will put a pic up soon. Not sure whether to use the same hen though. Oh and if I see any 6'5" strangers hanging around I know who it will be I have CCTV

Thanks Stuart & Andy he's staying put, off to get the extra large locks?Been after one of these for ages had normal silver with white cheeks, but this is the first BF Silver, May many more follow?
-
Thanks Stuart, really pleased with him he is brother to the BF Silver I also posted. Got Lucky with this pic Andy? Mine usually all disappear when they see me comming with the camera mainly end up with lots of blurrs?
-
Well Happy with this chap. Hope you like. First of his type I have bred.

Hi Stuart, Welcome to the forum, Not a million miles away from me you nice to see other breeders on here that are a bit closer. Be good to see some pics of your bird room once finished. Bit gobsmacked at the price of the yorkshire canaries, I thought my red factors were expensive. Clare

Hi, Welcome to the forum. One pair of zebs soon becomes many, hope they do well for you.
-
Hi Ozzy, Isabels do have tear marks, the only time they don't have the tear mark is if they are full BB. Clare
-
Hi Andy, Do you have pics of the parents. Isabel is a colour on its own, Phaeo comes into it if the parents are BB, and creates a BBIsabel, this is then known as a Phaeo. If the the parents are split then you would still get Isabels, Phaeos and splits for them, this is why some of your chicks will have the tear mark. Hope this helps, if you can put pics of the parents up I might be able to give you a better idea. Clare
