Clare L 175 Report post Posted January 29, 2014 Well this one is quite a surprise. Been trying to identify what mutation it is for a while, taken almost four months to colour up. And it seems to be a OB Silver male, I also think he is split for other mutations as well but his other markings are to mixed up. http://s880.photobucket.com/user/Claretrx7/media/newOBSilver23012014002_zpsf9658b11.jpg.html?sort=3&o=1 http://s880.photobucket.com/user/Claretrx7/media/newOBSilver23012014009_zps15dfd56f.jpg.html?sort=3&o=0 What do you think? Emmy 528 Report post Posted January 29, 2014 Hi Jon The photos opened up OK with me. Claire its a lovely bird and it's a very unusual colour. Sorry I cant give you an opinion re the identification of the colour though. My knowledge in that area is sadly lacking Emmy

Clare L 175 Report post Posted February 2, 2014 Hi All, Thanks for your comments. He is aviary bred, and is a surprise to me as I have had silvers from his parents before, but just normal not OB. The parents are Dom Silver Isabel /BBOBBC hen X Normal/OBBBBC Isabel and fawn male. This pair have produced some good zebs, but other than the BC they have only produced splits until now. He took a long time to colour up, so had me very confused for a while Now all I have to do is find a OB hen for him Clare
